Yes and not, I undertand 100% Galician because my family speaks it, and I can speak it more or less, with Portuguese and Spanish interferences.

My family used to speak Galician once upon a time. We stopped speaking it after moving out of Spain

I can speak the Venetian dialect. I had to learn it since my mother in law would speak a couple of words in Italian and quickly revert to Venetian.

The Sicilian dialect. They say it contains enough differences to be a distinct language (per Wiki).
