But here you can have a glimpse of her - just really gorgeous girl.

( Looks like she is a good actress too, actually... )
Well, I think she looks much better with black hair, I guess she just dyed her hair blond

Natural blondes here (including Ukraine) are much more rare than dyed blondes - and more rare than non-blondes. Not uncommon at all, but they are in minority.

Well, I don't know if all those Ukrainian women and men down here are natural blonds or dye their hair, and if so, why...

May be you don't see the clear divide, but I do.
To me "Europeans are "whitees" with certain facial structure ( proportions of the face,) and cultural Christian background. Turks ( in my book) don't fit into this category.
One of my friends said once that "Russia is not a country - it's a continent."
I agree with this assessment. Since it has been an Empire for long time in history, of course it's a melting pot and it includes a lot of other nationalities. However the underlying basis of this country is Christian and European, because Russians who are the fundamental and binding force of it are indeed Eastern Europeans. Turks ( the ones who moved from Asia and created Osman Empire and which were the fundamental and binding force of this Empire,) were never European to begin with.

They might have changed her look slightly for this particular video (but even then she couldn't have been blond, because I think she belongs to the type that simply can't look right with blond hair - she'd look odd.)
But in no real life interviews with her family or on stage I'd ever seen her different than with those pitch-black hair. Even when she made a haircut later on. I can't be sure what her real coloring is though - dark brown or black.

If you see blond Ukrainian men, then that's what they are; a lot of women however do die their hair blond. Blond women are as popular in Ukraine/Russia as they are in the US.

Indeed, I don't see such divides, and I have seen many places and people...

And gene analysis says Asian Turks only account for 10% or less of the modern Turkish gene pool, the Asian add-on is very limited, basically Turks are still the same Europeans they always were, although they no longer speak the Indo-European language they used to speak. They are mixed people just like all other people around the Mediterranean, many of which however are considered European without any hesitation by you, I suppose The Portuguese for instance have a Phoenician element, i.e. dating back to people from the Lebanon...

Well, not with me, the part of my brain interested in women kind of switches off or into brother mode when I see women with blond hair, dyed or not
