You have a good cardiologist on Kamchatka. A passenger on an Alaska Air flight I was on had a heart attack (infarkt), so the plane made an unscheduled stop in Petropavlovsk, and the airport authorities called the doctor, and rushed the passenger off the plane. As far as I know, everything turned out ok, the airline picked him up the following week.

Did you mean like Kamchatka? Petropavlovsk - The town itself is not a beautiful gray. One-way ticket now costs 36,000 rubles.

Maybe we should change the topic to: Estonia or Kamchatka?
Now that would present some serious competition!

The town is on a beautiful bay. It reminds me of Norway. This is why it was so popular with the Icelanders.

The ticket is expensive because it's not a regular service. If there were weekly service year-round, like there was before, it would be much cheaper.
