What is the extent of the storm in Vlad now? I have heard 60-70mph winds, etc.
Be safe.

The fun will be when there's a snow storm. Despite megatons of brand new machinery, and gazillions of mobilized immigrant workers, the city will be paralized. Some people will drop their cars right on main streets, and walk home.

But a day or two later the fun will end, to be repeated 0-2 times this winter.

Glad to hear it wasn't too bad. When ice hits those hills...not fun!

I think this weather experiments, such as the one hurricane in New York. Is not a secret that Russia and America have in their arsenal climate weapon. Was the case when America tried to destroy the USSR with climate weapons, but could not for the sole reason that the area is very large. USSR also wanted to destroy America was sent by the cold and snow, it needs to be turned all the major rivers of the USSR. But refused. Although this plan was carried out and prepared. If that happened, today America would be in the snow, Russia contrary to a very warm climate that could grow bananas.Military constantly create artificial weather all over the planet. But do not always work out as originally conceived.
