Ukraine is richer, too.

It not absolutely so, the data became outdated. At December 2012 the average wage in Georgia makes $409/month, and an average wage in Ukraine $372/month. Ukraine advances Georgia on development of infrastructure, but now this gap is promptly reducing.

If you like mountainous terrain, Georgia's for you. Ukrainians are Slavs, Georgians are indigenous to the Caucasus, they're non-Indo-European. Fascinating culture. Really, you could probably answer this question for yourself, by doing some Googling.

First of all unlike Georgia Ukraine is mainly the Christian (orthodox) country of the Slavic people.
