Funny, I live in Germany and travel extensively throughout Europe.
I don't see what you seem to know from a holiday.
Fail.

Economically speaking (unemployment, % on benefits, wages, education level)
Carribeans, Eastern European, Indians, Chinese do similarly or better to the native whites.

Africans, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis do poorly.

There's a pretty clear difference between the sucessful half and the unsucessful half, and it isnt the colour of their skin. A vast generalization, but striking nonetheless.

Fail.
I actually lived in Europe for about 8 months on TDY.

Have you ever seen a 2nd generation passport control officer of Turkish origin.

Have you ever seen an African Immigrant that has a white collar job at an investment bank?

The UK has some, but the diplomatic and security services people--even the low ranking ones--are all lilly white.

Do you dispute this?

Show me a bio of a European Ambassador that is not white please.

perhaps an EU official in Brussels perhaps...maybe a dude seconded to the OSCE in Vienna?

can you do this?

By the way, Austria is very uncool...beautiful architecture but very uncool.

Tne UK is a little different. But I never saw a non-white British General. But your Army is smaller than our's so it's different.

Just sayin.

I think that black people in the US should very thankful they live in the US and not Europe.

I always tell my black buddies this and they get mad at me.

I just call it like I see it.

In Paris, I have seen blacks, north africans, asians, pacific islanders...etc as police officers.
It is pretty common to see non white police officers.
Black people by far are the largest minority in the police force.

My question is how you with such limited experience are able to draw such large conclusions.

I've seen and met minority government officials, professors, and policemen from/in France. Other people have to. You took a short vacation to tiny minuscule parts of the entire continent of Europe (a continent of 10 million square kilometers and over 700 million people) of which your experience was a mere blip of a blip and you were able to extrapolate that Europe is going to fail (whatever that is supposed to mean) from the entire thing. Does this not sound incredibly egotistic of you?

And I don't mean traffic cops? Even though that's a good start.

I mean someone like this:

Campus Journal: Head of INTERPOL Ronald Noble is 2012 UNH Commencement Speaker

People shouldn't forget that countries like Italy or Spain hardly have any immigrants 15 years ago.
Other western european countries had european immigration since several decades but non european immigration is quite recent.

France or UK have signifiant non-european immigration since over half a century and people should not forget that both were big colonial powers.

I don't know the race of somebody only by seeing names but there are french ambassadors of muslims descent.
By example, Nada Yafi the French ambassador in Kuwait.
Anyway it is true that minorities are very underrepresented.
