My grandmother's ancestry was from one of the Frisian villages in England. She and her sisters and cousins all had black hair and brown eyes, and an arched nose.

And the blue eyes are just seen as more than they are in reality due to the natural selection. They can be in the plurality in a certain area, but not in the majority.
