All 3 would probably be included in any list of 10 cities you have to see before you die (in fact they were, in a recent thread I started). Personally, if a person only got one chance to visit one of these cities, which should they visit in your opinion?
Of course it's subjective and depends a lot on what you like. If you like ancient history, I'd go with Rome, if you're an Anglophile, definitely London. For architecture and culture overall, I would opt for Paris.
If you can, make a case for why one should visit that city.
For me, I think I've changed my mind and think everyone should see Rome at least once if they get the chance. Merely for the Colosseum alone, let alone the Vatican City, Appian way etc. London, while possibly the hub of the world, doesn't have any sights that are as incredible as anything in Rome. Rome is probably the most influential city over the past 2,500 years too. Paris is very nice, but I would rank them:
Paris is more must-see than London and Rome in my opinion. Personally, I found Rome little disappointing - the ancient-era areas look much better on pictures. London is interesting but not as amazing as Paris. First of all, Paris is much more urban. Second of all, Paris's museums are just stunning and even the weather is much better

The weather in Paris isnt 'much' better than the weather in London!
