(the notes says that "for seeing the 360° effect you have to use the last version of Chrome for desktop or the last YouTube app for Android" In addition I add that you have to watch it on youtube and not here on the forum. Finally, I would suggest to watch it at 1080s or more for a decent resolution.)
About the song itself, he is the strange rapper with a lot of of curly hair that me and improb have often named in this thread. The song title is "I buy horror", that in Italian has a strong assonance with "I buy gold". Do you have those shops where you can sell your jewels when you need money, don't you? Anyway, here there is a parody version of those shops in which the owner buys "horror" instead of gold.
Some lines:
"I buy horror and I pay more than anyone else"
"every crime has an consequent earning
that I convert into (gold) bars
so I tell you be aware with the people you treat,
you live in a would of crazy people[..]
Your nephew looks like Harry Potter but he can stab you
and section you in a lot of pieces."
I discovered it recently as well, i first saw it on Avicii's "Waiting for Love" while browsing through Youtube, it gives a different feel to the videos.
This time I've understood the lyrics (the girl's accent is quite evident, but it is not difficult to understand her. I just can't understand a couple of words ).
This time I'm quite uncertain, I can't find the context. In the description on youtube I managed to read that the song is in the category "humor", so it is supposed to be a funny song? A parody? A scene from some movie?
To me it just looked like a story of a superficial (for not say anything worse) girl.
Also, I can't understand why did they translated in into Italian
Apart these perplexities, she doesn't sing badly.

Yes it's a parody kinda, yes I can hear their accents, and no, I have no idea who and why decided to translate it into Italian. I just came across it by accident.
P.S. I bet one of the words you didn't understand was "Mariinka"
That's what they were referring to ( in conversational language of course.)
In my opinion the song "Tu Semplicita", in original performed in the 70s (I think??) by Italian group Matia Bazar is the best song ever made. I don't even listen to such kind of music, but I think some Italian estrada songs stand out significantly, even beating songs of Beatles and other bands often considered to be the best of the best.
Now that Urania93 and Frolov posted Italian/Russian songs, I can't resist but give this:

These are the kind of song that my dad listens to.
That one is a song published in 1978, this is a live performance from that year sang by the Matia Bazar
Of course it's "Russian humor."
Every country has its own references and what people living there find funny.
In this case of "Loboutain shoes" Russians are laughing at certain typical behavior/ideas of *typical*Russian girls, - or rather certain type of girls/women, and sing along with a catchy tune.
Of course this wouldn't be quite understood by someone like this Canadian band -
have you heard the music THEY are making?
Of course they wouldn't be able to relate to anything in Lenigrad's song; neither music, nor video.
Their comments were not all that great/funny either.
Except for may be one moment; when they were watching this girls getting ready, wondering what was going on in the clip, and when they've been been told that she was getting ready for a date, one of them said "Date? No, we don't have such things here any more, we mostly date each other")))
That was actually good.
P.S. Me personally - I am not a big fan of this video/song ( "The Loboutain")
The one I posted earlier - the "Prada purse" is still my favorite. It's more subtle and more funny I think. Plus all the actors are doing a great job.
