If EU was a country, which European city should be it's Capital? lets pretend that European Union is a one big country, like USA and each country is a state, which city would be the most appropriate to be the country's capital?
The UK is probably the most anti-European country within the EU with many people not identifying with it or Europe as such, which is why London shouldn't even be on the list.
I think the capital of one of the bigger member states wouldn't be a good pick. That would result in a never ending fight between Germany, France, the UK and Italy.
I'd go for Brussels or Luxembourg.
Also worth a consideration: The Hague/Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Vienna
