This is a German woman, she's not any different from the people you've posted. Who told you that the average Anglo-Saxon was so blonde. By the way, Cardiff is in Wales, not England. The Welsh and Irish are mainly Celtic people though do have Germanic ancestry and are very proud of their Gaelic/Kymric heritage, would care less about Germanics. Anglo-Saxons was a term made for Germanic people living in England by the Frankish Empire. Anglo-Saxon stand for English. Stop fooling yourself like that.

Did anyone notice that some of the Danish students could pass for Brits?
Not really the danes are soooo much blonder, meanwhile the brits are by far mostly mousy brown haired and dark brown haired. Danes look germanic/nordic and brits look brythonic, gaelic, etc, like the old populations that inhabitated the Isles and atlantic shores long before the arrival of modern germanics/nordics from central asia.

Dutch actors are the least representative of what dutch people know, the same goes for other countries, they are many times picked because they look different than the more average/standard peoples.
I have been to england and most people are just like generic whites from the states, like 5'9 1/2 to 5 '10 in average and either mousy brown or dark brown hair color being dominant. Scandinavians, dutch and even germans are more striking looking as a whole.
I already posted a normal crowd of dutch students and I would never ever drunk would confuse them for British Islanders. I'm 5'11 and felt like a midget in all northern europe but in the UK I saw ton of people much shorter than me, also it seem that having darker hair didnt stop me to blend good. In the rest of northern countries I felt myself sticking out like a sore thumb pretty often (because of my darker hair, shorter height and overall non nordic/germanic looks).
