Gypsys have been doing that for thousands of years, and they will do it in the future. They do it in Europe, in India and in the entire world. I recently watched a documentary about a town in Colombia settled by gypsys, they were specialized in stealing donkeys and horses and "changing" them so the owner could not identify them.
