I had a sweetheart years ago from London that I met in Mallorca, she was Jewish and beautiful, very nice. Many Jewish people in England, years ago they used to own all the hairdressers in London, also important in the City.
All Europeans look Jewish, all Germans. All Nazi leadership looked Jewish, and the only that looked "Aryan" was entirely Jewish (Heydrich). Anybody can be Jewish.
What does "look Jewish" supposed to mean anyway? Your examples are those of people who are of Semitic ancestry. There are many different Jews of other geographical origins in all parts of the world. Here are some examples.
Judaism is a religion not a body type. I was raised Jewish and there are just as many blonde haired, red headed blue eyed people in my family as there are brown eyed brunettes. I am sure it's the same as those Jews living in the UK. Your observation is pointless. There is no such thing as one "Jewish look."
I wish you could talk to my mother. She constantly says things like, "Oh so-and-so doesn't look Jewish!" whenever she finds out some celebrity is, in fact, Jewish. Drives me up the wall ! I mean, what the hell does that even mean?!

In the US it doesn't mean much, because not too many Jews there have the distinct Jewish look ( the way it's recognized in places, where Jews were living behind "the Pale of settlement" - namely Russian Empire, which was preventing their mix with local population for long time.
Therefore in Russia (at least) most Jews definitely kept their distinct look - genotype, phenotype, whatever you call it)))
So people like Bob Dylan, or French singer Serge Gainsbourg for example - they have what's considered "typical" Jewish look ( according to Russian standards.) So does Sergey Brin, and to a lesser degree - Noam Chomsky and Abraham Maslow. I would add there Mark Zuckerberg, obviously, but his type is not all that prominent in Russia.
