So congratulations to Croatia for aligning itself with such bastions of freedom and modernity as Belarus and Moldova. Onward, Christian soldiers! Today Croatia, tomorrow Macedonia!
Don't want normal/traditional marriage? Then don't get one.
That's fine with me. Personally, I doubt I would want to get married at all. But there's absolutely no reason whatsoever that I shouldn't be allowed to marry someone I could actually be happy with, i.e. another man. The fact that there's no legitimate reason not to allow this can be seen in the recent Supreme Court decisions, in which the side against equality failed to make any sort of reasonable case at all.
Your post nicely illustrates what equality means on this issue, however. With marriage equality, we both have the choice.
Great to see people dressing up their religious crap as 'choices' and 'democracy'. I think its starting to slowly set in how ridiculous giving gays a backseat is.
