Every year on this forum someone from the Ukraine or Poland prophesies the imminent disintegration of Russia. I do not see any prerequisites for this. On the contrary, I will not be surprised if Moscow again unite all Russian lands and Putin will be the president of all Rus (president vseya Rusi).

This is not a declaration of war. Any country in this situation recalls ambassador, closes the border and declared war. You do not even introduced a visa.
