I think the reunification of LNR/DNR is a sure thing in the near future. Oleg may well be the head of state with Zakarchenko his second.

That station in Odessa is not good for Russia. The Russian government is sure to see how big a screw up they pulled off in 2014. The base will be small for now. Small storeage facilities, communications equipment, sattelite gear and the like. It will grow though.

The readiness is required when it comes to industry. Theres small things they can do to speed the process of conversion to a war footing. Russia is also placing a premium not only on new equipment but increased training all across the board for its armed forces. Tank crews and pilots get more time in the seat and the grunts are getting new and better weaponry along with more training and spending more time in the field.

DONETSK, November 26. /TASS/. The offensive of the Ukrainian army in the area of Gorlovka this week was successfully repulsed, as the country's defense Ministry, wishing to report on work, has published photos on which the chief of the General staff depicted on the maps as a background with the design of this operation. On Sunday said the representative of the operational command of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Eduard Bacurin.
"Leakage of information about the offensive of the Armed forces of Ukraine [APU] in the area of Gorlovka and Frunze made personally by the chief of the General staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko during a meeting with the brigade commanders last week. For the sake of their own PR, at the end of the meeting on the official website of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine published photos in the frame which got working maps with the plan of action in the area of Svetlodarsk arc", - quoted him as saying Donetsk news Agency.
According to Basurin, the DPR's intelligence, based on these data, obtained more detailed information. "Become aware of the areas of concentration of enemy troops, and also directions of the impending strikes", - said the representative of the defense Ministry. As a result of countermeasures, the command of the Ukrainian security forces, not having time to begin offensive operations in the area of Frunze "has already suffered irreparable losses in personnel that didn't count". In turn, in the battle of Horlivka "the Ukrainian side took a tactically disadvantageous position," which appeared in the valley and well exposed to fire, said Basurin.

I am hearing a group of men were in no mans land and the Peoples Militia guarding the area spotted them in the night because they were wearing their gear outside their snowsuits. Bandoliers and stuff like that. When they came under fire they ran and took cover in a stream bed filled with brush.

If there's mortars around its the first thing you DON'T do. You get out of the area you're in but you don't go to such an obvious target that is hard to run from except in 2 directions. You can guarantee the defenders had that stream bed already pre registered with mortars and even artillery.

Those Ukrops are amateurs at best.

Ukraines heading downhill. Importing 27% of what Ukrainians consume.

Now the National Bank sets the rate of foreign currencies for the next day every evening. However, in the period from April 4, 2014 until March 30, 2015, it calculated the rate in the middle of the day. Therefore, there were two different exchange rates during the day, namely: before and after 2 PM. This example is very instructive and makes the financial authorities to be particularly cautious and balanced in making decisions. Especially in these days, when the IMF became another horror story to us. Analysts of the Fund have worsened the inflation forecast for Ukraine until the end of 2017, namely: inflation will be 12.8%. And the inflation forecast for 2018 deteriorated by 0.4 percentage points - to 10%, respectively, the national debt to GDP in 2017 will reach 86.2%, and in 2018 - 83.5%.

Russia Isn't Going Away in Ukraine | The National Interest

Just a little amusement on the side. The Ukie junta is saying the Kerch Bridge has to be destroyed.

In the real world.

Somethings happening in Ukraine with Kanal 1. It's being blockaded by thugs because it was the only channel which broadcast the marches with Shakeasswilly in them. The police have been ordered to do nothing by Porkochunkos people.
Some Ukrainian officials are bringing it to the attention of western officials. Some may be going for orders too, read the mood of your masters.

This is a gross violation of free speech.

People are talking about another coup.

I can't quite make up my mind on how I feel about Shakasvili. On the one hand he was very successful of ending corruption in Georgia, particularly in law enforcement and judicial system, and was making a lot of headway in Odessa, until corrupt Poroshenko stopped him because he was bad for business for his crony friends. But then there was that whole Ossetian war so IDK. But I think he would be a better president for Ukraine than Poroshenko. However things didn't go so well last time a Georgian was leading Ukraine (Stalin)

Yeah. He changed a lot in Georgia but in the roughly 9 years he was in power little changed for your average Georgian or at least the Georgian poor. Seems to me they got new roads, utilitiies were better, police were better but what about politics? Just a changing of the guard, a different set of thugs in high offices. Then there was 8/8/08. WTF???

I won't call the guy a charlatan, he's a real good liar and him and his people know how to exploit the hopeless. He's the reason Animal Farm was written. I also think there's other actors too. The oligarchs. Their government is split into factions, the whole system is. Some are saying there's a possibility of civil war.

I think they need a revolution. They need to hang a lot of people.
