I don't think that to "The right sector" in general will allow to be in Ukraine legally...
Had to look it up on Ukrainian sites.

Ð’ центре Киева стрелял человек из Правого сектора, Аваков дал команду задерживать (фото) - Двое раненых – бойцы Самообороны Майдана | СÐ

"In Kiev's downtown, near cafe "Mafia" three people were wounded, reported the minister of internal affairs Arsen Avakov on his facebook page.
"Someone "Orest" from the Right sector, according to witnesses opened fire. Three people are wounded, two of them - seriously
Among the wounded two are the "Maidan's self-defense fighters" and deputy of the Kiev's city administration Bogdan Dubas" Avakov wrote.
According to him, reasons for the shooting are unknown.
"The shooter has been blocked in the bathroom by other activists. Before the arrival of the police, the heavily armed representatives of the Right Sector arriveв on the scene from the nearby hotel "Dnepr" and led the shooter through the organized "human corridor" and accompanied him to the hotel "Dnepr."
Avakov also wrote that he issued an order to arrest the perpetrator.
"What can a minister do? That's right - to prevent the gang formation. To arrest the perpetrators. The law enforcement squads are ready. This is my duty, this is what the law dictates me to do. And tomorrow- tomorrow I am ready both for resignation or for further fight. Alone, against them all - I am ready; if there will be more of us - that's good. Everything has its own boundaries, everything has its own time of clarity. So I am working" Avakov wrote.
As journalist Mikhailina Skorik wrote of her FB page, they are working on establishing the identity of the perpetrator. According to
the police officer Anatoly Vedmed, thre conflict with the Right sector happened "because of the removal of tents and barricades." The shots were made from the military gun."

No. The Right Sector was just one part of the self-defense forces, approximately 1/4. The Right Sector was mainly the main vanguard in the Hrustshevskoy... well that street riot at the Dinamo Kyiv monument in January. Otherwise that group has always been just a minor player.

Feel now indeed a great pity deep in me for Ukraine. Kiev in ruins... critically deep economical crisis in action amid absolute political paralysis... international prestige of Ukraine is blown... a hundred civilians left dead, thousands left wounded... a growing from day to day split between the West and East while formally the power stays concentrated in hands of impostors and open fascists. And that's actually the value Ukraine is currently paying for just replacing one gang of oligarchs been backing the ousted Yanukovich with quite the same oligarchy headed and lead by 'chocolate king' Poroshenko.... This revolution definitely risks to become the most stupid ever.

But we don't know it.
These people ( who consider that "Right Sector" works for Putin) are full of "conspiracy theories" as usual. That the actions of the "Right Sector" play right in Putin's hand does not mean that "they work for Kremlin."
As that African working in Kiev's hotel rightfully noted that theRight Sector are basically peasants, while today's Kiev's government is the equivalent of Russian "Union of the right forces" with infamous Gaidar at helm. To make the long story short, forces that directly served foreign interests in Russia, ( and so is the new Kiev's government.)

Union of Right Forces - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Those are the kind of people, (both current Kiev's government and SPS) representing part of the "upper class" ( Ukraine or Russia - doesn't matter,) but that don't really have support of the "lower classes"; this support comes only at the initial stage of the major changes. The more these changes progress, the more results become clear, the more it widens the rift within classes. In case of Ukraine, the Right Sector from the Western part of the country are peasants, mindful of their own nationalist agenda, demanding "power to people," and being weary of the foreign intervention ( the EU in this case,)
The Eastern part of the country doesn't have as much "peasant mentality," but mentality of the "workers class" since historically Western part was more agricultural and Eastern part - more industrial. But for "peasants" and "workers" alike the goals of Kiev's government are basically alien; that's why the Right Sector ( i.e the nationalists form Western/Central part of Ukraine) are distrustful of it, and so are the lower classes of Eastern Ukraine for more obvious reasons. While today's Kiev government might still enjoy the support of the middle class (both in Western and Eastern parts, but more so in Western part of course,) this support is not enough to keep this government ( represented by oligarchs, Timoshenko et al) afloat. And the more the events are going to progress ( with IMF-imposed conditions) the more it will become obvious. Hence such government will need the support of foreign force; in other, less developed countries that's where American troops usually step in, but in case of Ukraine, Americans are ready so far to supply only the "private companies" ( the mercenaries) to "establish order." Then of course there is the EU rattling its sabres, ready to fight Russian interests in the area ( and beyond, since I believe that Russian politics in Syria caused the whole plot in Ukraine.) So the rest remains to be seen.
