It's different. There is many people who worship Hitler around the world. But nobody in Russia will worship traitors like Vlasov or Bandera or polizeis or anybody else. If somebody would organize anniversary of SS division they will be beaten very severe.
Forget about Moscow.
Do they have them in EASTERN UKRAINE - that is the question.
Sure they have them. But Russian media intentionally overestimates their influence in the Ukraine and they forget that Russia itself has huge problems with Neo Nazis and ultra-nationalists.
Also, Moscow's and the separatist's current approach to deal with them by promoting a Russian Anschluss of the Eastern provinces doesn't really help. By any means, it makes it even worse...

Let's go over it one more time; - I've asked the question "does EASTERN Ukraine have Neo-Nazi?"

No, the separatists approach to deal with Neo-Nazi from WESTERN UKRAINE - to turn to Russia for help, is the ONLY realistic way to deal with the problem.
Since we should keep in mind those $5 billion that the US spent on Ukraine in order to install the government serving American interests, and EU which is openly seeking moving NATO in Ukraine, with both of them considering "the enemy of my enemy ( i.e. West Ukrainian Neo-Nazi) is my friend," the only way (I repeat ) for Eastern Ukrainians to deal with this situation is to turn for help to Russia. As corrupt as Russia is, it's still a power to rely on. The rest of "options" are unrealistic and won't help Eastern Ukrainians.
I'm sure if Eastern Ukrainians would have their say in this whole ordeal, most likely they'd like to stay as a separate entity both from Kiev and Moscow, but having close economic ties with Russia.
The "alignment with EU" is not in their interests.

Rather neo-nazis than the Slav tricolor flying over our parliamentary building. Whatever instead of the Russian yoke, even satan himself.
All countries that have suffered Russia will agree. History has shown us that Russia, the bulge of Asia, don't bring anything else but misery to the countries they occupy. Forget about Tolstoi, Dostoyevsky or Shostakovich, the reality is just horror and oppression.
