So I don't see them being too receptive to Westerners troubles at this point as well, hence their whole attitude on the ground, no matter what their commandment is instructing them to do.
I do not exclude possibility of the rebels bringing this plane down ( in fact that's my guess) but I do exclude possibility of them doing it purposefully. If anything, it only complicated their situation and didn't bring them any dividends whatsoever. In fact they are concerned about the potential foreign military involvement/foreign peacemakers more than ever because of that.
Wait a moment, I have another version of what was told about visit to aircrash place and reaction of another countries. I didn't find any proof of such words about drunk militias etc..., but I have a confirmation of my information.
Here's this article.
Ministry of Transport Malaysia officially announced - the Russian Federation "is doing everything possible to help the investigation," the tragedy of a Boeing 777. Airline noted that the ship was forced down - and it could only do Ukrainian dispatcher. OSCE sees no fraud on the part of the militia of Novorossia - but Ukraine first tells that they have black boxes, then that they've lost it

"All things Malaysian passengers crashed airliner are at the crash site in safety, talk about fraud by militias no reason," - said the representative of this special OSCE mission in Ukraine Michael Bochurkiv. "On the spot we see a lot of debris, they were not moved, they are stored. Also, we see the deep-fried items. Fragments of colors characteristic of Malaysia airlines are scattered over an area of 30 kilometers. We have also seen a lot of personal belongings of passengers, documents, bags of duty-free Amsterdam Airport, baggage, "- said the OSCE.

In turn, Ukraine, which has just announced that it will not give anyone "black boxes" - they can be studied only at their place acted with strange statements - it turns out they "lost" aircraft flight recorders. Speaker of the National Security Council of the Republic Andrei Lysenko said that they Kiev "doesn't havr them." Russian Federation, in turn, confirmed - Moscow "is not going to take the flight recorders of Malaysian liner."

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Klimkin said that the flight recorders Malaysian airliner that crashed in the Donets Basin, located on the territory of Ukraine. "Boxes are found, and I hope that they will be transferred to the government commission, - quotes the Minister of ITAR-TASS. - They are on the territory of Ukraine. "

"Russia is doing everything possible to ensure the safety of Malaysian experts" - said on behalf of the Ministry of Transport Malaysia Liou Tiong Laya. "Apparently the plane was really hit by a missile, it is an act of aggression, Malaysia calls to find those who committed the crime," he demanded.

The representative of Malaysia Airlines, speaking at a press conference with the Minister of Transport, said: "The pilots were supposed to fly at an altitude of 35 thousand feet, controllers drove them down to the 33 th."
Boeing 777 of Malaysia Airlines, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed on July 17. All 298 people who were on board were killed. Kiev authorities are accused of disaster rebels, and those said they did not have the gun that could shoot down the plane at such a height. Further information war began - each party tries to prove fault the other side, but it became clear that the Russian Federation has recorded job radar of "Buk" punitive army of Kiev, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office stated that militia has no captured workable air defenses.

About previously shot down over Ukraine Tu-154 with children, flying from Israel - Ukraine then too long and vehemently swore that it was not its' fault - I think it is not necessary to remind

Then we recall that the United States and made from at least similar to the Korean provocations "Boeing" (USSR downed after many calls to leave the sky Soviets) reason for almost isolation Union, but will easily destroy civilian airliners.

What is it?

So after July 3, 1988 plane Airbus A300B2-203 airline Iran Air made a commercial passenger flight between Tehran and Dubai. "A few minutes after taking off from Bandar Abbas plane was shot down over the Persian Gulf missile fired from a missile cruiser« Vincennes »U.S. Navy" - say the historical facts.

The Government of Ukraine has invited to participate in the investigation representatives aviavlastey Malaysia and the Netherlands, the European Commission, the company Boeing, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), Eurocontrol and the NTSB

Russian's seem to be good storytellers, considering the article above tells pretty much the opposite story of the OSCE's official report.

Quote:
The SMM obtained very limited access to the crash site of Malaysia Airlines MH17, which came down on 17 July near Hrabove (79 km east of Donetsk). There were dead bodies at the scene, marked, but exposed to the elements. No process of debris collection was observed. Some of the ’Donetsk People’s Republic’s guards were visibly intoxicated and aggressive.

Just a sidenote. This morning I was watching FOX News and the panel was discussing the situation in Ukraine. The language they were using reminded of something you would watch in the Cold War times.

Very hawkish and they were using words like "dismantle Russia". There is a lot of people here who would like to see Russia blown to pieces.

But in a way Rossiya is playing a deadly game. Everybody knows they are assisting the separatists. As a camera goes to Mr. Putin he denies the obvious. He is the Russian fox in the Ukrainian henhouse. He will not let Ukraine rest.

We now have a crime scene in sovereign Ukrainian territory yet it is Russia who indirectly controls the crash site. And btw where are those black boxes? Strange they haven't turned up yet.

In any case the fiddling by Mr. Putin in the affairs of the country across his border has grievously hurt his position in the eyes of the international community. It's probably now that he is seeing how his 'russiky mir' policies are bringing Russia and Ukraine to all-out war as well as the European continent.

Thoughts for the day

This was written in 1919 by Yeats who was no stranger to the conflicts of his day...called 'The Second Coming'....I would love to know how this would sound in Russian or Ukrainian...

'Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born? '

I think federalization is the best thing for Ukraine, and Petro
As far as I remember, Petro said that he will give regions more autonomy. "Federation" is just a word. We are a federation. Spain isn't. It doesn't mean that in Spain regions has less autonomy than here. Perhaps the contrary.

And what is so bad about him? He isn't a radical person at all. In fact, my opinion on our neighbors is higher now than several months ago. I was afraid that they would elect some idiot, but they didn't.

And even if they do some annoying things, we should have taken a distant position, criticizing this or that movement of the far-rights. Or giving the specialist we need an opportunity to work here.

Or if we want to make something to show our neighbors that we don't want to support them anymore - to restrict the import of their cheese, finding there some dangerous bacteria

But instead we send there some people with radical views and low IQ.

Default Wind of Change

There will be a Wind of Change, now. But the Wind of Change is not going to be a peaceful modus vivendi between the west and Russia. Like Scorpions once hoped...

Because - let's be honest, the value of human life is not the same all over the world.
When East Ukrainian civilians are killed in droves, that's quite acceptable and not fussed too much about; when Europeans are killed in the air crash, this brings the fury.
On a surface the killing of any American citizen will bring a condemnation of American government, but if you'll look into internal statistics, you'll see a different picture

(this is just an example )

64,000 Missing Women in America All Have One Important Thing in Common - Mic

So there is a reason why Western society finds it acceptable - the bombing of Ukrainian civilians, but would have never accepted "the bombing of Scotland."
As I knew already for long time, the division of value of human life doesn't exactly go along the lines of the skin color. There is something else at play.
