If you heard what Putin talked about, it was mostly 'bisnis'.
You are making excuses or do I think?

What? To suck your president's c**k? Did you watch the show? Putin was all disoriented, he was nervous and agitated/annoyed, grabbing his chair and having restless feet, he avoided eye contact with his eyed just wandering, and when Niinistö said "we're heading towards a new cold war", Putin cleared the room of all reporters. A trainwreck that guy is.

What did he expect? A blowjob? And as the Prime Minister is the most powerful person in Finland, why doesn't Putin even want to speak with him?

The ass-licking times of the 60's and 70's is over. Feel as you like, tomorrow we'll see how Poroshenko acts.

There are plenty of Ukrainian rebels, even the current Donetsk leader is a Ukrainian.

Putin was totally off balance. I've never seen him like that.

He was a fu**ing trainwreck. Look at him. Grabbing the chair, nodding like a jerk, his feet are restless, and seemingly annoyed of the whole situation. Putin didn't even want Niinistö there it looks like. And look at Niinistö. Eiskallt he is. And then Putin just asks the journalists to leave.

I just really hope that Putin doesn't kill himself- or anything stupid like that. Or do I? He should be on a 24/7 suicide watch. He has a huge burden to bear on his shoulders right now- if he has a conscience.

When the Malaysian Airliner came down, that's when Putin started to slip.

The "real Ukrainians" are, actually much closer to Russians living in the Eastern part of the country than they'll ever be to the inhabitants of Galicia.
I can even explain why.
See after the decline of Kiev, back in the end of the 11th century, three major powers emerged ruled by the off-springs of the same Rurik dynasty that founded Kiev - principality of Galicia-Volhynia, Novgorod and Vladimir-Suzdal.
Now this is what happened to Galicia-Volhynia - it has been promptly subjected under Polish dominance, and Poland means "Catholicism."
The Principality of Galicia–Volhynia,[1] or Kingdom of Rus' (Old Ruthenian Галицко-Волинскоє Королѣвство, Latin: Regnum Galiciae et Lodomeriae, Regnum Russiae), was a state in the regions of Galicia and Volhynia of present day Ukraine that was formed after the conquest of Galicia by the Prince of Volhynia Roman the Great with the help of Leszek the White of Poland. Roman the Great united the principalities of Halych (Galicia) and Volhynia into a state that existed from 1199 to 1349. Along with Novgorod and Vladimir-Suzdal, it was one of the three most important powers to emerge from the collapse of Kievan Rus'.

Kingdom of Galicia

Not only that, BUT;

"After the enormous destruction wreaked by the Mongol invasion of Kievan Rus' in 1239–41, Prince Danylo Romanovych was forced to pledge allegiance to Batu Khan of the Golden Horde in 1246. He strove to rid his realm of the Mongol yoke, however, by a formal orientation to western Europe (coronation as a "Rex Rusiae" by a papal legate in 1253) and by attempting, unsuccessfully, to establish military alliances with other European rulers.[2] The Polish conquest of the kingdom in 1349 ended its vassalage to the Golden Horde.[3]"

Hence, the subordination to the Rome was exactly what Kiev was earlier consciously avoiding, making a deal with Byzantium instead, and - more than that, fighting for having its own autocephalous Orthodox church.

Whatever fate later befall to the principality of Volhynia-Galicia, whether it remained under Poland, Lithuania or Austro-Hungarian dominance, the rest of Ukraine rebelled against Polish dominance and asked for protection of Moscow in 1654, in order to retain its cultural Orthodox identity. (Principality of Moscow by the way was the successor of both Vladimir-Suzdal AND Novgorod.)

( you can read more about Volhynia-Galicia here,)

Galicia (Eastern Europe) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So while Volhihya-Galicia remained for the most part under the foreign influence and in foreign sphere of interest, the rest of Ukraine joined Russia in 1654, where it remained for the next 300+ years, while Galicia has been *gifted* to Ukraine by Stalin only in 1939 as far as I remember.
So to impose the Galitians with their historic/cultural traits as "true Ukrainian type" on the rest of the country ( and that's what basically is taking place from Maidan on,) while announcing the Russians living in the Eastern part of the country as "undesirables" is preposterous, to say the least.
