The chronology of the Russian hybrid attack is ready available, your diatribe makes no rational sense. I am not discussing unsupported propaganda. Sure, most aggressors want a victim to talk to them and agree to their terms. People in Lugansk and Donetsk are just willing collaborants for the Kremlin junta, they were seduced by a promise of the tripled up salaries and now they get their homes leveled up by the invading Russians thirsting for the Russian Reich. Donetsk people decided and decide nothing, exact zero or less. It's all up to one and the only man who serves as a Russian Fuhrer. Too bad (for Ukrainians) that man wants nothing short of dismemberment and complete subjugation of Ukraine for starters. The grand finale - the final solution of Ukrainian question, complete destruction of Ukrainian state and ethnicity to be absorbed by the Russian collective.

I don't understand much in military equipment.
But doesn't matter. I've already noticed that opolchenie kinda keeps an eye on all the technology that Ukrainian army is getting and soon enough they have their own plans for it.

On Tuesday, however, rebels seized most of the town and took several Ukrainian soldiers captive. A catastrophic defeat is now all but inevitable. In the days preceding their victory, photographer Max Avdeev embedded with the First Slavyansk Brigade of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic in the nearby town of Logvinove. The rebels had just seized the town, cutting Debaltseve off from the last road leading to Ukrainian territory. The soldiers were mostly local volunteers, though their commanding officers were Russian — as were the men who delivered them tanks and artillery. As the deadline for a new cease-fire deal came and went overnight on Sunday, the rebels kept on shelling Debaltseve.
“We let them out once, and now they’ve come back to fight with us again. We told them to surrender in Debaltseve, but they didn’t. Now we’re not going to let anyone out,” says Sergey, nicknamed “Kunduz,” the company commander from Uglegorsk who has been fighting from Slavyansk since May.
“As soon as our enemy started to run out of breath, suddenly it’s time for peace, we lay down our weapons? Did our comrades die for nothing?”

Ukrainian army could not make a "revenge" for Ilovaysk. Instead, they got "Ilovaysk 2" - "Debaltsevo kettle", which makes the company completely lost for Kiev. Especially in the context of what the main powers "argument" - "North Wind" - was not involved in this company. Organized groups from the north were not used. The rebels have coped with all the tasks on their own or with a minimum of military and technical assistance "northerners". This time the northerners are not logged regular units into the territory of Donbass.
With all evidence, it became clear that the problem of Donbass has no military solution.(c)

Now that would bring in some competition, eh????...;-)....And I'm pretty sure Putin leaned on those 'Spartan separatists' , according to Putin miners and truck drivers, to make sure that indeed if they come back dead draped with their cloaks on their shields that they first take Debaltseve. The Russian machine is moving. The 'Panzers' would help next at Mariupol...;-)...that's a prize.
