The west was an anchor of the global security, it is a new age of global insecurity, not even an appearance of security remains.
You're on some good drugs, or maybe you need to take them? Which is it? Nothing has improved in the last 25 years when it comes to world security. Look at the Somali pirates, one of the reasons they're there is because Somali waters have been pillaged by illegal fishing. Maybe the US could've played policeman and prevented this from happening?

Spare me that Iraq etc. nonsense. Post ww2 order was not about state building in Somali or Afganistan, it was about outlawing the wars of conquest and annexation. Obama, says it is OK now, provided a proper "price" is paid. This trashed post ww2 order where there was no price on that tabu.

KGB/FSB had/have distinct propaganda style that requires maximum number of demonizing labels per single unit of (dubious) info, it is a Russian thing, in general, to substitute rationality with "feelings", after all Russians just channel cosmic reason, the process not to be desecrated by burguase rationality. Ukrainian nationalists is a small group that has very little political or military weight in Ukraine, Ukrainian nationalists are not the same as the Russian nazis obsessed with destroying of Ukraine. Ukrainian nationalists defend their country against Russian nazi and military invasion.

At any moment they can gather a large crowd and start dictating their conditions. And all this Nazi crap appeared long Crimea (you can watch the video with a torchlight procession in 2012, 2013). They do not know how to make concessions, therefore Ukraine destroyed. In Russia, the Nazis did not have the support. Police disperse their numerically small rallies.

It is expected. It is exactly what Hitler and Stalin did. They claimed "radicals" and "fascists" were operating in Eastern Europe, therefore Hitler and Stalin had to "intervene" to "rescue" ethnic minorities. They claimed their foreign invasions were really "civil wars" or "revolutions", they claimed there were no German or Soviet troops in foreign countries until the countries had been subdued. Putin is playing an old game that always ends in tragedy for the fool who takes this route.
This game has been played by fascists, dictators and propagandists for centuries. In fact many of the (paid) commenters on this thread repeat the Kremlin propaganda, word for word. They respond to every Russian atrocity with "yeah, but what about that tiny fascist party in Latvia, yeah, but what about that recent case of corruption in Germany, yeah but what about that shooting of a young man in the U.S. Oh yeah, and let's talk about Vietnam, WWI, the Napoleonic Wars, the Roman Empire while we're at it." Just deflect, deny, change the subject, and that's pretty much how you do Kremlin propaganda.
In fact Russia only invaded Ukraine because Ukraine is a democracy. If Ukraine were still run by murderous fascist Russian puppets, then Russia would be extremely close to Ukraine and have no need to invade. The biggest threats to Putin are democracy, freedom, rule of law, and will of the people, that's why Ukraine is being invaded.

Not hatred but disgust, I told that before. Russia and zombified fascist leaning population are disgusting on many levels. Russian Imperial fascism is tough, so tough it can strike nearly defenseless countries in the back and feel proud about the Russian might, sick. Nazi imperialists can always come up with some dumb rationalization for their delusions. Russian nazis make no secret of their views and ultimate goals on Ukraine. Your point? Yet, all the fascist regimes have two issues 1. Sizing up the enemy, 2. Being realistic about its own strength and weaknesses (propaganda overload rewires brains). Russian reich is not an exception to the rule, it is one big rabid proof of the law.
