The bear on the pic is wearing a shirt using an alphabet created by a Bulgarian, born in Makedonia based on Greek model. Apparently those 3 countries are not in Europe...
Alphabet was created by the Greek philosopher Constantine. Incidentally, the Old Bulgarian language is part of the Russian language. Religious texts using Old Bulgarian language, and Russians used a part of this language for the modernization of Russian language.

There is no "incident", there is reason for this, which is quite obvious:
It was created by Kliment Ohridski and the scholars of Cyril and Methodius, each of which being Bulgarian. Cyril and Methodius were Greek, and they created the Glagollic. Period.
Use Google Translate if you can't understand this:
"Традиционно кирилицата е приписвана на Климент Охридски, а името ѝ — в чест на св. Кирил - Константин Философ, на когото Климент Охридски е ученик. Кирилицата заменя глаголицата, създадена по-рано от Константин Философ-Кирил , "

Yes, probably your observation is correct. There is a hypothesis that the Glagolitic is a cryptography, but more likely that really Kliment Ohridski has create the modern Slavs lettering.
I wonder why the Greeks used the Glagolitic characters. What were the reasons for this.

And about the picture. Russia has no problems with Europe. Russia is the part of the Europe.
But Russia has some problems with the European Union and the NATO because of their policies. For example, because of this (Bulgarian language):
+ and of course pic is a joke. I dont know why government post this.
I am not defending the European reddit by the way. They are idiots...kind of. I got banned 2 times from there for simply not supporting the EU. 99% of the people there share very common opinion which makes me think the rest are likely banned by the mods for simply having different opinion. Usually they're all: anti-Russia, anti-UK, pro-EU, usually students 18-23 from Germany, Romania etc.
You can moan as much as you want but it doesn't change the fact that Finland was an Axis state during WWII.
Finland probably couldn't stomach allying itself with Russia, that's my guess. Romania entered the war as an Axis country, too; they chose that, because they felt it gave them a shot at recovering Bessarabia (now Moldova). The fact is that Romania was caught between a rock and a hard place. Switching their alliance to the other side didn't work out for them, either.
Sometimes you can't win. Politics is complex; rarely as black-and-white as some people think.
We didn't really have any choice. Yes, we were a part of the axis. So what?
War crimes recorded by Finnish troops: 0.
Finland had a choice, but they joined Germany the same reason countries like Hungary did, to get land.
Of course by 1944, Finland was on the defensive, driven back from the gained territories, and after the president resigned, had the Lapland War.
Finland had war crime trials and responsibility of war trials, hundreds of people were convicted. Topics ranging from allying with Germany, to prisoner exchanges, to concentration camps camps set up for Russian civilians, to 1/4 of Soviet POWs dying were covered.
