The question is who do you believe? I'm to the point I don't trust anything unless I see it with my own eyes and have been that way for awhile actually.

A Russian Antonov An-26 (NATO reporting name “Curl”) is reported to have crashed near Hmeymim Air Base in Syria. News agencies report 32 fatalities. The BBC World News said the aircraft was carrying 26 passengers and 6 crew members when it went down.
Russian news agency TASS reported that, “Around 15:00 (Moscow time), a Russian An-26 transport aircraft has crashed while coming in for landing at the Hmeymim airbase.” TASS indicated this statement was issued by Russian Defense Ministry.

Yes. But caption of video: "people are not allowed to leave Putin's meeting (rally) already in the 10th minute after the rally began (half an hour before Putin's speech)".
This is a big difference.
We do not know this is the beginning rally or the end. We do not know what order the policemen got.

But in any case, I think that this is connected with ensuring security.

Russian planes crash on their own, no need for a terrorist cell to sneak into hostile territory to shoot one down. Its 39 deaths btw. It doesn't matter, nobody will ask Putin why Russian men are dying in Syria.

I heard something about pilot error, coming in too low. The airbase is not a modern airbase and the facilities are not up to date so the pilot was basically using instruments and the mark 1 eyeball. Fatal human error. It may have been the pilots first time there. He may have been showing off too.
