Interesting that the World Cup in Russia is about 3 months away and it's "election" time in Russia too.
I kinda posted the same question on the Gr. Br. forum - this is what I wonder about;
the world championship in Moscow is couple of months away, and from what I remember Putin really-really wanted it to happen.
