America is know for their beauty of their houses and design, including modern appliances, nice kitchens/bedrooms/gardens, outdoor landscaping, and being large than in Europe where few homes exist that are typically small. Most Europeans live in small apartments anyway something that most American would see them as ghetto/for low income.
Europeans seriously come to America and see what beauty is! Not all homes are wooden.... Even wooden homes still look great in general and are of good quality. Wooden homes exist in Europe too...
We dont have any at all anywhere in the country, or in the rest of Europe and yet its all stone in here. So even if its just a part, i wonder why people in there would build wooden houses.
Wooden homes do exist in Europe. What are you talking about?
Go out and explore the continent you live in.
Wooden homes are cheaper and easier to maintain. However most newer homes in America are all brick or stones.
Europeans do not have a dream whereas Americans do.
The American dream is typically owning a house, having cars, great high-paying job, and live a luxury life.
In Europe people are fine with living in a 80 sq meter apartment, using public transportation everywhere, go on vacation once or twice a year (if lucky) and work their 35 or 40 h workweek. They want to be average, don't care about becoming rich and live a luxury lifestyle.

It is not all stone there. northern Scandinavia is mostly wooden houses. The countryside in Eastern Europe is mostly wooden houses. Many of the older historic architecture in the Alpine region is primarily wooden, or a combination of stone and wood, or wattle-and-daub style.

I like the look of middle class homes in the suburbs.

TBH the vast majority of houses here are of stone, but we indeed have a lot of wooden houses too. And it's not like they're falling apart either.
If some of you think these as ugly ghetto shacks falling apart, you can go home :
