Turkey for vacation - maybe, but live in Germany. Those tho countries are worlds apart. Germany is a winner.

Depends on the situation, for living I would choose Germany and for vacation I would choose Turkey. Either way you can still visit the other country. Anyway, Turkey's beaches are better and so is the food in my opinion. Turkey is very diverse in terms of what you would want to do. Germany just seems a bit depressing.
