Also to be mentioned. During the timeperiod when Norway was occupied by Denmark then the danish king demanded tax money from the rural people outside of Bergen, almost all they had. They didn't like that so they traveled to Bergen city and kidnapped all the danish tax people and demanded ransom money to let them go.
During world war 2 and the german occupation then the nazis killed some of the rurals because they didn't trust them.
Thousands of Western Norwegians are the descendants of Dutch and German traders who settled there in the 17th and 18th centuries, especially in the Bergen area. Perhaps that why there is more brunettes there.

The typical Norwegian and also Scandinavian is blonde, blue-eyed and fair-skinned. Infantile blondism is quite high in Norway. Not all Norwegians look typical though! Do you get it now? In most videos, you posted I keep on seeing typical Norwegians. Overall Norwegians are very similar to other Northern Europeans, especially their neighbors and also other Germanic people of Europe. The most common eye colour among Norwegians is blue! I am not referring to those of Non-European origins.

Yeah norwegians has alot of varity in looks. A small country but with alot of diversity. Probably one of the most diverse countries in the whole world. Everything can be found there, brunettes, bald, gingers, blondes you name it....
Blonde hair is not by any means exotic or odd in the British Isles! There many British and Irish who are so.
