Yes, there are shops that sell everything American no matter what the Wikipedia says.
There are products that have to be reformulated because they contain substances forbidden in the EEC, but they are also present "reformulated".
There are also shops that specialize in American pies, American cupcakes, etc.

Over here it's really simple to find food and drink of famous brands, but just for things like soda drinks, cereals and similar food that we are used to eat to. Instead it's really difficult to find foods we are not used to eat, like peanut butter or maple syrup (in practice I've never seen them here in Italy).

In bold: extremely rare (1 franchise) or not available in Austria/Austrian supermarkets. Other things that are hard to find: Cream soda, root beer, vanilla/cherry coke, poptarts, various cereals, various Kraft food products, Doritos, Reese's candy, ...

There are specialized shops for this kind of stuff, though: BOBBY'S Foodstore - Your British and American Foodstore

McDonalds and other chains use locally produced ingredients in their fast food. They even advertise with that sometimes. It's not like their hamburgers get imported from the US.

Ironically, McDonalds makes more money in France than in the US. Of course everything is double the price in Europe though lol.

Yeah, here either. Never heard of Baskin-Robbins or TGI. Only franchises we have in Finland are McD's, Burger King and a few Pizza Huts.

Of course global brands are global and you can find them anywhere, but it's really hard to find mac&cheese, root beer, maple syrup and those things you said. Cherry coke I've seen sometimes as a seasonal product.
Neither do I know what poptarts, snapple or A&W is.

Perhaps they exist in specialised stores, but I'm not aware of them.

Maybe Americans think their products are more common than they in reality are, because of the true American global brands. These all probably exist in England, but Europe isn't England.

I was just curious as to are there any stores in your area specializing in American grocerys? And also what are some American products that you cannot find in Europe? Thanks!
No stores. And almost nothing U.S. in the supermarkets except Coke, some candy bars, the one exception in my hipermercado is El Paso brand Mexican-American foods, which has its own little section.

I don't know when I have seen a home appliance that was a familiar U.S. brand.

American fast food / general food chains in the US

Mcdonalds
KFC
Pizza hut
Burger king
Subway
Starbucks coffee

That's all I can think of now.

There isn't alot of American food stores here really.

We have Coca cola etc but when I saw McDonalds I don't think "American!" but western.

Burger and chips or "fries" to me isn't American...

Please tell me where all those Taco Bells in Europe are. I have NEVER seen one. Rumours are there is one at a military base in Germany.

In NL, mainstream American products are not hard to come by. In larger Albert Heijn supermarkets there is a small USA-only part. With Cereal, Mountain Dew, Hershey's, Frosting, Grape sodas, Gatorade, Skippy and what not. Don't know about US-only stores but maybe there is one in Amsterdam.
