The "Blazing" category starts at 34° for me... Everything gets a pain in the ass at those temperatures.
Hot: 28° - 34°; Hot but manageable.

Mild-Warm: 16° - 27°; Perfect.

Cool: 10° - 15°; Also okay when it's not raining.
Cold: -2° - 9°; Pain in the ass. It's wet, grey and kinda cold, but not cold enough for a proper winter coat/hat/gloves.

Very Cold: -3 downwards. I don't mind it. There usually is snow and it's relatively warm with the right clothes. I like winters

Anything over 30C is way too hot
Anything under -30C is too cold

Perfect summer temperature to me is between 17C and 25C

In winter I prefer it to be -10C - -15C, for some reason it feels worse when its closer to zero, and colder than -15C starts to get unpleasant but still quite bearable

Very Hot: 35-40
Hot: 28-34
Warm: 20-27
Average: 14-19

Both Terribly Hot and Terribly Cold are terrible indeed.

P.S. I wonder how Africans would make the same ranking.

I'm no African but I guess this part of Asia is about as hot.

Very hot: 34 up(we have this kind of temperature all the time)
Hot: 28-33(I need AC if above this)
Average: 20-28
Quite cold: 15-20
Really cold: 10-14
Freezing: 9 and below

I don't think we have had anything below 5 degree celcius ever, unless in the mountains.

Even the cool climate Europeans are preferring 60s to lower 70s Fahrenheit range as mild standard... it's a pretty interesting thread!

I try, and actually have to manage in all kind of weather, so i'll rather try to describe the most pleasant.

Summertime: 25C to 30C. It's pleasant when you can be outdoors, all around perfect for a summer day. Though it starts getting uncomfortable when you have to enter buildings, mostly public, that have poor ventilation. How on earth do people stay sane in places where it's frequently 38C and 100% humidity without 1000 fans buzzing constantly around them.

Wintertime: -10C to -2C. Well actually, i have to give it to Carhartt. I start my complaining usually only after it gets below -25C. -5C with liberal amounts of snow is perfect winter weather. A real bummer if it's a "dark christmas".
