From you list, I would pick Germany. Bigger cities. If you're ok with living in a smaller city, I would consider Denmark.
Germany dosen't charge any tuition to anyone. Sweden charges tuition to non-E.U. citizens, and the same for Denmark. Austria charges a few hundred euros.
Since that person got family in Sweden and is from Lithuania, he or she probably got EU citizenship, hence no additional fees.
When you have family in Sweden, why not Sweden? It offers everything you are looking for.
Do you speak any European language?
Because i also wanna live in the center you know...Sweden is super but its a bit far from the mainland..So nearly all of Europe is "below" you
I speak Lithuanian and English..

I mean, what does the author expect? There are a ton of countries in Europe, if the author doesn't do any research on any of them whatsoever, and his only criteria is 'nice'...then the only other criteria we have to go on, is the fact he referenced family in Sweden.
Well, Sweden is 'nice'...so, therefore, Sweden it is!
I did a lot of research about all those countries and about many more countries in Europe...I am looking for a country with very high life quality , calm place and beautiful place to live, where its not hard to get in a university .....

Studying usually requires you to be fluent in the native language of the country where the university is located. That makes me think Britain and Ireland might actually be good choices since you only speak two languages. I don't know anything about Lithuania, maybe it is a good place as well, no idea...
Are you Jewish? In that case you might also be interested in the presence of a Jewish community.
Why not just go back to Lithuania? It's a prosperous country with good quality of life.
