I understand that all black Americans are mulattoes and that about 30 percent of all the people called "Anglo" has African blood.
There were periods in American History in which blacks were respected, for example, during the 18th century. There was even a expresident with a black woman.
I don't think all black Americans are mulattoes. Even during the times when blacks had it good, mixing was not common. Since there has always been little mixing, "white genes" in blacks have been watered down a whole lot from generation to generation. There still are lots of AA's who look African and nothing but African.
With mulattoes you usually see the mixing.

i agree, i took my boyfriend from europe to the Us and he stood out, he didnt look at all like white americans, it was obvious he looked foreign in his body shape (taller), longer shape of face, just different nose, eyes.... something about him just looked out of place!!
then we saw some germans and interestingly enough they looked at each other and the germans asked him, are u from europe? he said yes, and then they exchange information about country of origin what they liked about america and how long were they gonna be there.
africans also look quite different to american blacks, they have tons of american black soldiers in europe and u can always tell when u see them out and about, africans look way different!
White Americans look very diverse, just like in Europe, thus there is no point in saying white Americans look different from white Europeans.
AA's look mostly different because they dress differently from Africans. Other than that most AA's (except for the obvious mulattoes) look no different than Nigerians or Ghanaians. Of course they look different from Somalis etc. since that is not the part where the ancestors of AA's came from.

The last sentence shows that European-Americans are still extremely European genetically speaking.

When you do an image search for African American actors or actresses, most of those people could pass for Africans. And that despite Hollywood's racist attitude, which prefers lighter-skinned black people, so in everyday life AA's look even more African on average.

Americans the white ones often stand out like a sore thumb in Europe
I CANT STAND this American ideal that they are UNIQUE because they are SOOOOOOOOOO SPECIAL, no they are not... most americans look easily american, you can spot them right away, their fashion style, their mannerisms, the way they look, they way they talk and interact....
and yes I also read over 30% of white americans have close african ancestry and almost over half of them have native american heritage and for black americans the levels of admixture was even higher!
Some stand out because of the way they dress, you know, shorts, baseball cap etc., because they are fatter, and because of their pronunciation. But all those normal guys like Edward Snowden etc. look just like Europeans.
Provide sources. 30% of whites do certainly not have "close African ancestry", the DNA data simply contradicts that claim. In fact, white Americans are still surprisingly pure European, which is probably the result of centuries of racism and social taboos. Of course there were mixed-race kids, but with the first generation it was very obvious (just like it is today when a black and a white person have a child), so according to the one-drop thinking those people were automatically considered blacks by whites and the likelihood of their being yet another mixed-race relationship in the next generation of that mixed person was very little. So the whites remained pretty white, basically just like Europeans, whereas the blacks received the mixed-race offspring and mixed with them, which explains the relatively high percentage of white genes among blacks.

A German can't be expelled from Germany. You must have misunderstood something. Or are you talking about Nazi Germany? In that case you must be ancient yourself
Many African-Americans are somewhat mixed, but unless the mixing continues, any mixing of the past is gradually undone.
He was born during the late 30's, so he must be in his 70's if he's alive.
He was expelled as a kid along with his German mother.
