I will agree that the Dutch seem to know the most languages.

I've also met a Finn who knew Danish, Russian, English, Swedish, Finnish (derp), French and German. I'm not sure if that is normal for Finland, though. The weird thing is I met him on a boat in Australia.

No, that's not the norm. Most know Finnish, English and at least some Swedish. German and French are the next most popular languages, and recently also Spanish.

do Finns travel around a lot like Australians do?

They were carpenters working in Australia and made it seem like it was just a normal thing to do.

One thing I have noticed about some Scandanavians (and maybe some Finns) is that they not only speak excellent English, but without an accent. They could just as easily be Californian.

AFAIK, Germans learn "Oxford English" in school but the form of English used at work seems to be closer to American English. I rarely hear or read British terms and most do not have any sort of British accent. For example, my job uses the word "color" all the time and nobody spells it "colour"

Everyone in Holland is quadrilingual. The school system requires it.

To answer this question, it seems like most Swiss are trilingual - English, German and French. I've never met one of the Italian Swiss.

I am not a native English speaker but to my ears Scandinavians (as a rule) do have an accent. Finns even more so. They speak well but not exactly like Americans.
