In history books, they only show Greek civilization. But what about the rest if Europe? What was was Britain, France, Germany like? How was their culture, clothing, art, civilization, science? I know they followed pagan religions. Does anyone know anymore info? I'm really interested inEuropean culture . Thank!!

Also, why do you think we learn about Greeks, but no other European ethnic group of this time period

It was basically less developed tribal societies. Generally speaking, the further north you went, the more "uncivilized" it got.

Before the middle ages there was also the Roman Empire (in practice the middle ages started with the fall of the western roman empire in 476 AD). They occupied large parts of Europe for many centuries.
Before them there were other indigenous populations, for central Europe and British Islands the main ones should be the Celts. About them and other similar population it's difficult to find certain information because they didn't leave so many traces, in particular not written ones. In fact a lot of the information that we have about them derive from what Romans and Greeks wrote about them.
However, if you know were to search, you can still find some things made by them. For example at my place there are still some stone engravings that are usually attributed to the-roman people that lived here.

The Anglo Saxons, Vikings and the Celts come to mind.

Before that Europe was probably more hunter gatherer - like with fragmented populations.

Hunters and gatherers were much older than Celts, Vikings and so on. Europe imported agriculture around 5.000 BC. So many "civilizations" raised and fell before the most known tribes you cited. But as someone else said, we don't know much about them.

To Urania93. Technically, most Western Europe was celtic. But some were conquered by Romans, Greeks, Byzantine, etc.. early, so they lost their celtic root much early.

The Celts even expanded into Anatolia. What became known as Galatia, or Gallia of the east.

There was a little hamlet in the Galia that resisted every Roman attack thanks to the magic potion...
