I've heard of this programme that allows students in Europe to get a taste of study exchange.
Sounds pretty good but I'm curious the students of which European country are typically the most enthusiastic about such a programme, and which would be the least passionate?
Most enthusiastic: Yippee! Summer break in Barcelona!
Least enthusiastic: Count me out...
And correct me if I'm wrong but Spain seems to be a really hot destination within the Erasmus programme?
We can open Wikipedia and read that in 2010/2011 Spain, France and Germany are the three most active partners within the Erasmus program.
The desire of a student to take part in the program depends on his temperament and motivation to study and the economic situation in his country.
The Gross Domestic Product of Spain decreases in 2009 by -3.7% and in 2010 by -0.1%. That's one of the reasons for Spanish students to seek opportunities in another countries.
