Norway, but only 30 or 40 percent are Norwegians. There are many that are French, Spanish (tapas bar) and from elsewhere, generic western europeans. Some could be east med or slavs. A very diverse brasserie, perhaps with many Erasmus students. They must be paying at least 13 for beer.

I would guess that the people you are refering to maybe would visit the student bars which have low alcohol prices (because students dont have much money)

First one looks like he could be from any north-western country. Denmark, the Netherlands, UK, Germany..

Second looks stereotypically British or he could be Irish as well.

Third one I'd say somewhere in north-east Europe. Finland, Baltic states, Russia?

Last one has very average face, but I'd say Germany.
