By whom? You're missing the subject there.

Greece had the worst economy of the eurozone pre-collapse and the worst fall.

I like Finland. My ancient phone was a Nokia. Even better than sauna.

No they don't come from a perfect world and realize that and that's exactly the point. Practically all EU countries and their citizens have made big sacrifices to better the economy, but Greece just doesn't want any of that, it's freakin' annoying.

Europa

Whether we like it or not, Greeks named Europe, the continent.
So? It's not like they're going to pack up and move to Asia. It's only a question of membership in an economic union. If they don't meet the criteria for membership (according to reports, they falsified their info in order to join), should the criteria be lowered just so they can get in? Obviously, that wouldn't work. Why is it such a big deal to have them be part of the union?

So true. I'm sick and tired of Europeans blaming one another of whose fault it was of the Greek or Southern European crisis. What was done is in the past.

Every country has history, mythology, art, desing and own cultural specialities. Maybe not exist in one stable country but still in this area has lot of old foundings. Also due to climate factors etc. not all materia is available.

This list contains longer time but for example, Finland:

Wolf Cave 120 000 year old , Antrea Net 10 600 year old, Elks head of huittinen 8000 year old, ceramics, cave paintings, sauna, santa claus (original), tar, paganism, rock buildings (ancient monuments), castles, rye bread, fish-****, mammi, nokia, abloy, AIV-fodder, heart rate monitor, maternity package, green gold, Arvo ylppo, language, bear mythology, xylitol sweetener, rare genetical isolation, worshipping places, magic, sayings, believings, swamp mythology etc.

Understable when there was lot of wars, settlement was not stable, there was not too much time to create other things during long time.

and nowhere else is saimaa ringe seal, some bugs, finnish forest reindeer

Think this countrys culture too, how different it is from many other european cultures still today? Bunch of silent sams without small talking, gullible, innocent, taking things seriously, honest, full of rules.

"Good" is subjective but every each country has their history and if others don't know or just don't appreciate it.. That is to look holder of the eye.

And lets not forget finnish sami people and their culture and creations.

And what nobody else seem to have:

Morals

If we are googling any country, we will learn lot of things. Different thing is if we are able to see its value or not.

ooops.. CD does not like finnish traditional foods, cencored

The EU existed before the Eurozone (and not all EU countries are part of the Eurozone) and obviously Europe existed before the EU. Greece leaving the Eurozone doesn't mean it's not part of Europe anymore. Seems like some Europeans have given a lot of political symbolism to economic integration.

Greece is only a living symbol of ancient Europe. Modern Greece is far from admirable. I guess the museum is nice, but so was the 2004 Summer Olympics. We all know how the venues look today, only 11 years later.
