Let's do this! Who has the best nightlife scene in Europe (amount of young people going out, diversity of clubs and bars, prices, quality of beverages, exoticism/uniqueness factor, etc.)
In my limited opinion (I've only traveled through Western Europe) it has to go to Barcelona. Crazy awesome clubs that spill out onto the beach, access to things other than alcohol, and beautiful people that don't stop partying till the sun rises make this a great place to go out.
But like I said, I haven't been to party powerhouses like Berlin or Prague out east (or even Ibiza in the west).
Doesn't Milan have a larger nightlife (not talking about restaurants) than Rome?
Dublin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Kiev, Zagreb, Split, Belgrado, Athens and Mykonos could have been in the poll.

I figured I needed to put an Italian city on the list, and I hadn't heard much about Milan in terms of partying, so I put Rome. Although, I don't think Italy has that great of nightlife in general (Florence, Sardinia, and Venice were all snoozers for me).
I forgot about Dublin and Mykonos. And I've heard Hamburg has great nightlife, but for some reason I left it out....
Can I suggest a sticky post on the top so that nightlife will always be discussed in that thread, and no new nightlife post will pop up every 12 days?
