Just saw yet another report on it. And I was wondering why there are so many men among those refugees. Given there has been a civil war for years now, one might expect most migrants to be women with children...
I suspect most of the men will be arriving alone and will send for the rest of their families once their condition stabilizes.
I still don't get how thousands upon thousands of people. Feel the can just leave their country, and then impose themselves on another country. It's like a complete stranger knocking on your door, and saying they have no place to stay.
I think many people are noticing, many of these refugees look quite healthy. They are not dressed in rags. Or perhaps we only view refugees as malnourished and dressed in rags. I don't know.

I suspect that these "strangers" knocking on Europe's door think that Europe has a lot to do with miserable situation they are in now, particularly when it comes to Syrians ( and Libyans.) Hence - the aggressiveness and demands.
So where are all the women? I find it very odd that so many men would leave behind their wives in countries that are supposed to be so violent?
They are economic migrants, and half are from Europe. They aren't political refugees.
