I'll be going to Paris in a week or so (my 4th time there). This time around I'd like to avoid the tourist-trap restaurants (over priced and food/service wasn't all that spectacular). I remember 10 years ago finding a quaint restaurant (interestingly owned by an Englishmen and his wife living there) that was fabulous - I can't remember the name of it though.
I'd love a list of several great places to eat - great food, ambiance, etc. are most important. I'll be staying near the Eiffel tower or possibly the Arc de Triomphe (which I know is a very "touristy" area).
