I have an offer €30.000 per annum gross.

Single, two years experience, bachehor degree.
Logistics / Order management entry level position. MNC.

My goal; build more experience, learn a little bit German.

NEEDS and WANTS
Apartment Downtown not shared
Gym membership
Public transport card
Eating out once a week
Drinks 2x per month (50-80€ per night)
Save 200-300 €

Is 30k decent? The tax is pretty high. My calculations estimate that I will get around 1,8k Euros net a month.

I would say 1800 euros a month is ok money, not more much more than. It might afford your requirements though.

I don't think you have much leverage. Only a bachelors degree, only two years of experience, ... You could ask for some money to facilitate your move.

What do you have to offer that would make them pay you more than usual? They will ask you that. And saying "well, more money is always nice" will not be enough.
