I like Barcelona and Berlin to live. Berlin a little more, but the sun in Barcelona makes me feel more energized. Both have decent sightseeing too.

The others mentioned have even more sightseeing but I know nothing of Madrid.

Of course, if I was very rich I'd probably enjoy living in either Paris or London. I have always wanted to live in London but I am not sure I can afford it even with a good salary in my field. Berlin is very easy to afford.

Berlin is very amenable to the type of work I do and activities I enjoy so I just stick with that. Some people hate Berlin and I understand, it's dreary and kind of weird and mostly in German.

Paris, London and Rome appeared more like disneyland to me, good places to visit but not so good to live.

Also wouldn't want to live in Berlin, too hipster vibey.

Madrid and Barcelona are a good compromise imo.

Paris, London: Just no :P. Not saying they're that bad but let's say it's a matter of "compatibility" of what I like and what they offer.

Rome: Oh yes. Language, girls, history, everything.

Spain: Not trying to offend them but to me Spain is the gypsy version of Italy. Flamboyant, southern music, relaxed lifestyle and Mexicans.

If i could live in Seville for 8-9 months of the year and spend the summer up near Andora or Basque-land I would be happiest.

To visit: all of them but London. Rome would be my top pick as of now as it's the only one that I haven't been to.

To live: none of them but Paris.

Yes you are and in the process you sound very ignorant.
