utter crap. my sister works in the military, and guess what? she isn't a secretary, she is highy graded and have men under her orders. some guys (and girls) really need to stop giving that "weak" image of women.

It's not crap, it's actually is degrading women by saying "hey honey, it seems you can't make it to be a borad member on your own so let's just introduce arbitrary quotas so you can 'make' it". quality better than quantity, some men shouldn't even have the ranks they have. one of the guys working with my sister husband had his job cause daddy was working there too, he's as bright as me, which is saying not much.

This can happen for men and women and in both cases its negative.
