Are they perhaps the countries with more fame in their gastronomy.-They have a inmense variety of cheese pates and of wines and of Academies of gastronomy .-.-
And also these 3 countries they have a secular popular and regional couisine .-

France is the Dean of haute cuisine ,perhaps because it has always been rich and lucky for luxury and search the excellence in everything, since centuries .-

Italy is a people crazy by the beauty, in the art, in the design like on clothes,cars and in also very refined in their wonderful gastronomy.-

Spain has the largest fishing fleet with Japan in the world.and is the country whith more variety of climates,
and vegetation in few Km and so their food is of a extraordinary variety in fish,meat fruit ,wines etc .-

These 3 countries are very visited .
Some have eaten its popular or regional gastronomy ,and sometimes perhaps less also,they ate in fine restaurants of haute gastronomy.-

I think, that it is interesting to know their experiencies .-

I'm not sure where this Comunidad Valencia might be.
I'm from the Comunidad Valenciana, but it's known to have better food than France and it's an overall awesome place (Much more awesome than the Nordic countries combined) so you surely cannot be talking about it.
