Which country are you specifically talking about in the Americas?

Calling the United States "America" it's like calling Germany "Europe"
North and South America are continents "America" with with out north, or south, attached to it means US.

People are not called United Statians

The official name is United States of America. It was first country to gain independence so they became the Americans.

Columbia actually have a similar meaning as saying America. Columbia is the personification of America, as Britannia is to Britain. That's why there a British Columbia in Canada, a District of Columbia in the US. And country actually call Columbia.

Which region in Italy has the highest percentage of people with light pigmentation?

I know that northern Italy has more people with light hair and eyes than central and southern Italy, but northern Italy is a broad term and probably there are differences between people from Veneto, people from Lombardy and people from Piemonte.

Agreed, Germany is understimated, easily 4-5%+ of ethnic germans are redheads, in the north of the country I see redheads everywhere. In the Netherland there are a lot of strawberry blondes (reddish-blond) but truly redheads are not that common. Lot of redheads in Norway and Iceland aswell. France has redheads but much less..

I noticed that Norway has more redhead people than Sweden.
Sweden has more blonde people than Norway.
Finland has more blonde people than Sweden and Norway, but less redhead people.

According to some anthropologists Udmurt people have the highest percentage of redhead people in the world.

We have first have to define what's mean by light pigmentation. Thus if by light pigmentation, you mean the region with the highest frequency of red, blond hair and light eyes in North Italy.

Light eyes (blue, gray, green)
Friuli-Venezia Giulia = 41.4%
Veneto = 41.4%
Piedmont = 40%
Aoste Valley = 40%
Lombardy = 37.2%
Emilia Romagna = 31,2%
Liguria = 29.6%

Blond hair (various shades to even some shades of very light brown)
Friuli-Venezia Giulia = 12.6%
Veneto = 12.6%
Piedmont = 12.4%
Aoste Valley = 12.4%
Liguria = 10.3%
Lombardy = 10.1%
Emilia Romagna = 7.2%

Thus the actual lighest region is Trentino-Alto Adige or Sudtirol(15% blond), however I did not count it due to German-speaking/Austrian minorities which would automatically raise the level of light pigmentation. In the rest of Northern Italy, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto are the lighest regions.

4-5%? That is more proper for Norway not Germany!

Norway has both more redheads, reddish-blondes and blondes than Sweden/Denmark, but only less blondes than Finland, though Iceland and the Faroe Isles have more redhead than Norway though due to stronger genetic ties to Scotland and Ireland.
Urdmurts have a very high frequency of redheads to the point that some anthropologists thought they were the most redhead people in the world. Unfortunately, today we know that for sure the highest frequency of red hair regardless of definition is found in the British Isles.

Sweden is full of migrants, in Norway there is no so much migrants as in Sweden.
I think that Sweden has more platinum blonde hair than Norway. Norway has more red, golden blonde and light brown hair than Sweden.
Platinum blonde hair is most common around the Baltic: Sweden, Finland, Estonia and northwestern Russia.

Udmurts are Finno-Ugric people, and red hair is not common among Finno-Ugric peoples.
Probably Udmurts have Scythian admixtures.
Roman and ancient Greek writers are described Scythians as redhead.

I am definitely not referring to immigrants from Bosnia, Vietnam, Africa, etc... living in Norway or Sweden. I am speaking about ethnic Scandinavian/ North Germanics in Sweden, Norway, Denmark. Sweden and Finland have a slightly higher percentage of light ashen-blonde than Norway, but when counting all the various shades(yellow-blonde, golden, strawberry, sandy, dark) of blonde hair, Norway is overall blonder-haired and also more red-haired than Sweden. I get your point though, it is true that platinum-blonde hair is more common in Sweden and northeastern Europe. Celtic people are the world's most red- headed.
