Does anyone know if these suburbs outside of Paris, Aubervilliers and Bobigny are safe for tourists to go?

What do you want to do in the worst area of France ? (maybe Roubaix and north of Marseille too...)
No, it's not safe for a tourist. If you aren't a french that knows Paris, do not go there.
