Everybody talks about Paris, London, Madrid, etc, but which is your favorite city in Eastern Europe? If you've never been there, you can also mention some cities that you would love to visit

St. Petersburg is absolutely beautiful, one of the most beautiful cities in the entire world! Gorgeous canals everywhere, museums, buildings, it's stunning!

From cities that I have not visited yet...Budapest, Krakow, Plovdiv, Dubrovnik, Prague, Novi Sad, and Odessa are the ones that I would like to visit the most!

There's nothing more to say. It's a work of art, itself.

Remember that Romanian guy who posted countless pics of Bucharest? Is he still around here?

Carpathian? He stopped posting 18 months ago.

Back to OP - St. Petersburg, hands down. No other comes even close.

My vote goes to Prague and Budapest. I am actually just guessing based on what I've heard so far.

None.
But there are a few I could visit, like St. Petersburg, Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Krakow and Tallinn.

No. And Bucharest isn't all that charming. A lot of the historical architecture was demolished, entire neighborhoods of it, during Ceausescu.

I've enjoyed Krakow, Zagreb (old town), Ljubljana and Prague. The latter is the most illusive due to the number of tourists and lousy restaurants, but there are nice quiet places in the fringes of the Jewish Quarter and behind the Castle.

As my Dad was Hungarian, I'll give a special mention to Budapest. It really is a wonderful city.

One that doesn't get mentioned all that often, and is another wonderful city, is Gdansk. I loved it there. Need to go back tbh.
