I agree. Some people are in denial about it.
And then they condemn the Donbass population that doesn't want to become the new "Polish plumbers" in Europe, while their natural resources go to the likes of Biden's son.

I am from Eastern Europe and never noticed any discrimination at all. And I was able to get a job within two months of my arrival in Germany. No problem there whatsoever.

Highly debatable. There are a certain number of cases where these things do happen, but it's not really a national issue.

As an Eastern European that has been all over Europe, I can recall exactly one case when I felt this hate the op speaks of - it was a high school trip to England, way before the mass influx of eastern Europeans immigrants, we were waiting in a huge, winding line to talk to a very bored customs official. There was a 2nd entrance though, "for EU citizens". We were mocked by highschoolers from France that didn't have to wait with us. but that's stupid kids.
That's the only time I can recall being "hated" for where I come from. Maybe I was lucky

Already the question of the OP implies that Europeans would be xenophobic towards Eastern Europeans. He isn't even asking about other peoples experiences, lol.

I do not think they are. There are douchebags everywere, Eastern, Western, Southern or Northern Europe.

I am a Macedonian holding a Bulgarian EU passport. Anyway many westies change their friendly behavior towards me once I reveal my origin. They don't even give me a chance.

It looks to me that much of this is self induced. This appears to be a rigid belief you have you divide people into these ridiculous categories of westies and easties and stubbornly believe that the westies won't ever accept you once the cat is out of the bag that you're OMG a freaking eastie! You're convinced they well hate you and I suspect you're hell bent on proving it to be so.

Just forget about these stupid labels. My two cents you've got secrets you don't want anyone to know and this eastie thing is a defense mechanism that keeps you from addressing deeper issues.

Macedonia is primarily ethnically Bulgarian.

"Macedonians or Macedonian Bulgarians (Bulgarian: Македонски българи or Mакедонци), sometimes also referred to as Macedono-Bulgarians or Macedo-Bulgarians is a regional, ethnographic group of ethnic Bulgarians, inhabiting or originating from the region of Macedonia."
