What do people think of the migrant situation in Europe? I saw this story about a park in Brussels where many migrants gathered a few weeks ago. I've heard similar stories from Italy, which has received a lot of migrants in the last few years.
I think migrants are useful for European economic. The population of Europe decreases and the cause is low birth rate. But European countries should accept as many migrants as these countries want, no more.
We keep in mind that many countries of Africa and Asia got independence in the middle of twentieth century. And now thousands of their citizens try to move to the former metropolises...

That's a fallacy, look at the countries Europe is accepting migrants from. People from these countries are generally not able to compete in the job market, and when they are then they usually compete with the poor people already living in those countries, the vast majority will end up on welfare, they will be a burden. Only around 40 000 of those millions who ended up in Germany have found 'employment' (in the most liberal sense).
Migration from barely literate countries can't and won't be the solution to Europeäs demographic problems.

I tend to agree. West European countries are bringing millions of people from all over the world with different cultures, languages and values. These people bring their conflicts and problems from the countries they are fleeing. Those problems won't suddenly go away because they have free housing and education in Germany or Sweden.

so people fleeing bombs and genocide in Syria are going to bring them with them in Europe ?

Makes sense.
So, what led to the wars and chaos in the Middle East in the first place? What cultural values led to those countries being under dictatorships without democracy? Why are so many people leaving as fast as they can?
You can blame it on the West, but those problems have existed for centuries. The West doesn't force countries like Syria, Saudi Arabia, etc. to treat their women like second-class citizens, to hide their faces under a mask, or be unable to drive. Nor does the West force extremists to blow themselves up as suicide bombers and kill innocents.
There's a reason people are fleeing their homelands and coming to Europe. But they bring with them the cultural values that created the damaged societies they are fleeing. Just look at the terrorism in Europe and increases in crime there.

Except the extremists are a very small minority, and the attitude of being close-minded is usually triggered by racism and fear of foreigners. France welcomed several hundred thousands of south asians in the late 70s, and nobody ever said these people were terrorists or that they could not adapt to French culture. As a result there is no Asian problem in France whatsoever. The same can not be said about the current wave, even if Syria is certainly culturally closer to Western Europe than Southeastern Asia could ever be. Prejudices on muslims have a long history.
The reality of immigration from Syria is more like this:
This girl does not appear to be really different from any of my friends.
and in my city, the most (self?) isolated community is the chinese community. I have a lot more interaction with Pakistanis or Morrocans than with Chinese people (although coincidentally I work with a chinese kid recently).
The war is certainly triggered by what the west has done for centuries. No doubt about that. Syria, Iraq or Libia are not even "actual" countries to begin with but political constructions in favor of the west.
I notice you didn't mention the treatment of women. It is the governments (the men) in power who make the rules on how much freedom women have in those countries. They are not a small minority. They are the rulers. Also, big money from Gulf countries funds extremist groups. Also not a minority.

So, you're going to blame the West. In your view, it seems the people in the Middle East have no responsibility for themselves. They had independence after WWII. Iraq was a dictatorship long after Britain and France divided up the region. Algeria fought a bloody civil war in the 1990s, decades after the French left.
As counter examples, Japan was invaded by the U.S.A. during WWII, and after a few years they rebuilt and created a strong and stable society. China also was colonized in part by Britain and are doing well now.
It's been over a decade since the US invaded Iraq. France/Britain/the USA are not forcing them to fight today. They could make peace, but they haven't. But the Middle East just continues to be unstable decade after decade.
And people from those societies are now in Europe, and there's now terrorism in Europe that was unknown before. It's not difficult to do the math.
