i meant locals can appear superficially friendly to tourists - strangers for a short period of time , were you to move permanently to a small rural area , you would quickly discover how " blow ins " were viewed

I wonder what this all means for the American's trying to retire or move to Ireland.


I'm also happy to see the illegal Irish in the U.S. get a more permanent status in the U.S. I hope it all works out for both sides.

Get a job with a large American company like Apple or Google, and transfer to Ireland.
